The Conference Committee gladly announces that The Abstract Issue of the Conference is published by EMU Press both digitally and in print.  All the studies included in the Issue have passed the Scientific Committee reviews. A digital copy of the Issue is available at the link below.

Abstract Papers

here are 2 different options for the Conference papers publications. You can submit Abstract text or Full text paper in accordance with conference topics and format. All texts will be subjected to process of refereeing after submission is completed. The author will be informed about the acceptance of the paper and will be ask for registration. The papers submissions made after deadline will not be published.

The Conference Organizing Committee happily announces that it has decided to accept online presentations at the sessions in order to encourage international paper applications. Online presentations are intended for non-residents of Northern Cyprus unable to travel due to necessity.. Please indicate that you want to make an online presentation while submitting your paper. 

Konferans oturumlarından iki tanesi Türkçe dilinde gerçekleştirilecektir. Oturumlarda simultane çeviri hizmeti sunulacaktır. All abstract papers that are accepted will be published in the Abstract Issue “Constitutional Democracy and the Rule of Law: Mediterranean Perspectives” (with an ISBN number) by Eastern Mediterranean University, EMU Press Printing Office.

Rules about abstract text are presented in Abstract Papers tab(this link!). It is important to use the Conference Abstract Paper Template. Please make sure your paper is suitable with Abstract Template. 

Full Text Papers

All selected full papers, including the papers of the Honorable Keynote Speakers, will be published in the Proceeding of the “Constitutional Democracy and the Rule of Law: Mediterranean Perspectives” by University of Jaén/ Centre for Southern European Studies (CESJ). 

Selected and accepted full text papers will be published by the University of Jaén or Center for Southern European Studies (CESJ) in accordance with the article format. Also, full text proceeding will submit for indexing in the international catalogues.

All information about Full text Papers are presented in Full Text Papers tab (this link  ). It is important to use the Conference Full text Paper Template. Your full text must be compatible with the Full text Paper Template for publishing, template presented on this page . 

Submissions

 Abstract or Full Text papers  on the section which is presented below.   

Before uploading  make sure your paper is suitable for the conference templates for Abstract or Full Text. Otherwise, the paper will be returned. For details and templates see the Abstract and Full Text Papers tabs on the page. For futher details send email to Conference Organizing Committee using the contact information on the Contact tab.

If you get an acceptance do not forget to Register from the Registration link with your reference number which is given to you on the "letter of accept" . Those who get an accaptance for paper presentation must register as well. Participants who get acceptance they must upload conference registration fee receipt . Please indicate your reference code which is given on your letter of accept by the committee on your conference registration fee receipt.  

All participants (presenter, students, scholars etc.) must register for attending to the Conference due tp Covid 19 precautions and in terms of determining the number of equipments.  A "certificate of participation" will be given to all participants and students who follow  of thec all sections and workshops of the onference.  Therefore, it is necessary to register before the conference. Use the section Registration tab to specify your  participation type.
