Conference Participations

Registration for scholars who have been paper submission

You can attend the conference by submitting paper. For this purpose, you must have completed your registration by paying the following registration fees after receiving the acceptance of your submitted paper.

The registration fee will be paid by those who get acceptance for their papers. Fee includes all meals, first evening dinner, gala dinner and the offerings between the all sections and several souvenirs excluding accommodation and transportation.

Other participants/followers or guests who are not submit papers and want to take advantage from services and offerings they need to registration as well. For this kind of participation/registry requests please inform to the organizing committee of the Conference.
In co-author presentations, each author pays his or her own registration fee to take advantage of conference services. If one of the co-authors will not attend the Conference the registration fee will be 95 Euros for them.

Once your acceptance letter has arrived, you can complete the registration by uploading your bank receipt from the Registration section below.

Registration for students, scholars who have not been paper submission and others

Participation in the conference without submitting paper is free. Students , other participants or interested/scholars must also register to attend/ follow the conference. Registration is essential for all participants to arrange venue, equipments capacity and Covid-19 measures.

To get a "Certificate of Participation" must register and follow all sessions of the conference. Officials of EMU Law Club and Children's Rights Club, whose daily registrations are in charge to get signatures for participations. The acceptance for participation will be followed by the EMU Law Club and Children's Rights Club members who are appointed by the Organizing Committee.

Those who only want to follow the conference will not pay a registration fee. However, those who want to advantage/join from the activities, lunch, dinner, offerings and other facilities within the scope of the Conference will pay their own payments. Registration section below.

Early Bird Registration: 70 €
Normal Registration: 90 €

Early Bird Registration: 55 €
Normal Registration: 65 €

It is essential that the conference be held face to face. However since participants who is not resident in Northren Cyprus and will not be able to attend face-to-face due to pandemic conditions, health and compelling reasons it may be possible to make an online presentation if the sessions are suitable. The online presentation will be decided according to the number of sessions and the number of participants in the sessions.

Konferans yüz yüze yapılacaktır. Ancak pandemi koşulları, sağlık ve mücbir sebepleri nedeniyle yüz yüze katılmayacaklar için oturumların uygun olması halinde çevrimiçi sunum yapılması mümkün olabilecektir.
